The Restaurant

A Dining Room Built for Long Evenings

Our restaurant sits on the ground floor, with tall windows overlooking the street and a menu that leans on seasonal British produce alongside a handful of European classics. It's a room designed for a proper dinner — the kind that starts early and doesn't feel rushed toward the end.

Tables can be booked for guests and non-residents alike, and our sommelier is on hand most evenings to help pair the right bottle with your meal.

The Lounge Bar

Where the Night Continues

After dinner, most guests drift toward the lounge bar — a low-lit room just off the lobby with deep seating and a cocktail list that changes with the seasons. It's the natural link between the restaurant and the casino floor, and stays open well into the night.

Live piano plays on selected evenings, turning the bar into a quiet backdrop for conversation rather than a distraction from it.
