• Trained floor staff are present at all times to support guests and identify signs of at-risk play.
• Clocks are visible throughout the casino floor to help guests keep track of time.
• Complimentary soft drinks and water are available to encourage responsible pacing during play.
• Guests may request a break, set a personal time limit, or ask staff for information on self-exclusion at any point.

3. Signs to Watch For

Gambling should always remain a form of entertainment. Consider seeking support if you notice yourself:

• Spending more time or money at the tables than you intended;
• Chasing losses or borrowing money to continue playing;
• Feeling anxious, secretive, or preoccupied with gambling between visits;
• Neglecting other responsibilities because of time spent gambling.

4. Self-Exclusion

Guests who wish to exclude themselves from the casino floor may speak confidentially with our floor manager or reception team, who can explain the hotel's self-exclusion process.
